Precis:
The introduction was about how through time there is going to be a global crush. It also talked about how everything connects to the globe crush, from fossil fuel, population growth, global climate change, US debt, and international problems.
Analysis:
Throughout the introduction of Power Down, I have learned that there are many reasons why in time a global crash will happen. One of the reasons is fossil fuel, because they are used for many things, sure as lights, cars, plans, trains, and all different types of machines. The reason this can help lead to the global crush is because when the last bit oh fossil-fuel is burn then all of the things that need fossil fuel to run will stop running. Another reason for why in time a global crush will happen is because of population growth. The reason population growth will help cause the global crash, is because since the population keeps on getting big there is more and more people that are using fossil fuel, so that will be burning quicker, and also the amount of food to the amount of people aren’t evening out so there is going to be more and more people starving, which cause death. If the number of people that die increases then that will be the cause of the global crush, because then there won’t be anyone living.
Another reason that is going to help to lead us to a global crash, is global climate change. The reason behind that is because the change in the climate effects the food productions and the effects the sea level in negative was that help us to cause a global crash. The way it effects food production and the sea level in a negative way is because if it rains to much or to less then either there won’t be enough rain for food to harvest and there can end up being a drought, or there can be to much rain which would cause floods and which also kill the harvest because they would then drown. In conclusion I have learned that there is just one reason for a global crash, and also all the reason that are going to lead us to a global crash connect to one another because they either lead into each other or effect each other in negative ways.
